Daily activities at The Hideaway
Each day The Hideaway has a packed programme of fun themed activities for all children visiting to play, and extra groups and activities for children and grown ups to book on to.
Daily themed activities include Song Time, Messy Play and Crafts which staff will lead daily in The Hideaway. All children are welcome to come over and take part in those.

This free course for parents with babies will help you to easily prepare fresh, healthy meals as your child begins weaning and trying foods for themselves. A good start to food will help develop a healthy relationship to food for life. Join 3 other parents as you learn the basics of weaning and preparing great, healthy food together. Small group with maximum 4 participants.

New to the UK and wondering what to do with the common foods in the local shops? This free small group course is for you. Learn how to prepare and cook with common fresh ingredients and items you might find in the local shops and Hope Centre. It's a free 6 week course led by the lovely Shannon.

Global Mamas is a brand new informal friendship group focussing on mums from around the globe who were not born in the UK and perhaps have not lived here for too long. Parents are welcome to bring along their children. It's a place to make new friends, share experiences and if you need it, get help navigating and understanding the quirks of British culture. Our group leader Hangama is Afghan-born and the perfect person to support and help you to settle into life in the UK.

Hope for More is our new programme for anyone who is feeling a little lost and wondering what the future may hold. Every Thursday we'll be holding a free lunch with a short talk to inspire and encourage you. All are welcome to book on, come along and find out more.
Hope for More is a brand new programme for people who are at a loose end and could describe themselves as feeling a little lost or hopeless. Free life coaching is available alongside our lunches, and from November we'll be running a rolling programme of interesting and useful workshops and sessions which you're welcome to join any or all of.
